Returns Policy

  • Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
  • Before returning any goods to us please contact us by email.
  • Please make sure all goods are returned in their original condition with all the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will not pay for unwanted goods to be returned. Goods can be returned by courier or registered post, or we can arrange for collection (collection fee to be paid by customer).
  • If the an item is returned which is listed with free postage, we will deduct £6 handeling fee from the refund.

Faulty Merchandise / Damages

  • Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages, faults or shortages. We cannot accept responsibility after this period.
  • Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the customer’s requirements. If only part of the item is damaged we will send out a replacement for the part that is damaged or faulty. In the event that a part cannot be sent, the whole item will be replaced.
  • In the event of faulty goods or missing items we will in no way be liable for any related expenses such as electrician’s fees, loss of earnings etc.

 

Refunds

  • All products carry a 7-day money back policy (see returns policy above).
  • The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with any bulbs and any other parts supplied. (See returns policy).
  • We only refund the price of the item once it is received by us. The delivery charge will only be refunded in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods received by customer.
  • Reund will be issued with 48 hours after the goods are received back.
  • We have the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet the above criteria.

 

Delivery

  • Inland consignments heavier than 1kg will be dispatched with Interlink Express (next day delivery service). Items less than 1kg will be dispatched with 1st class royal mail
  • Orders from outside UK will be sent through DHL, Fedex, Interlink expres or Royal mail small packets signed for service depending on the weight and the destination.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 3 days after cleared payment (weekend and public holidays excluded). If you need an item urgently, please contact us before you place an order. For more details please view “shipping” page.

Privacy Policy

  • We strictly do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

      

Installation

  • All products supplied must be installed by a qualified electrician.
  • All products must be earthed where necessary.
  • The mains supply must always be isolated prior to installation.
  • Please note: incorrect installation can deem warranty void.
  • We will accept no liability for any personal damages such as electrocution due to improper installation.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
